Back again, it’s time for The Golden Word’s 6th Annual Scary Story Contest! Any and all Cibola students are welcomed to participate.
First things first, the rules:
- Make your story scary; this is a scary story contest after all.
- Your submission must be between 300 and 600 words.
- Your story must be school appropriate. The winner(s) will be posted on our site.
- All work must be your own. No AI and no plagiarism.
- Only one submission per student.
And now, the exciting part: the prizes!
1st place: $25 gift card
2nd place: $20 gift card
3rd place: $15 gift card
Deadlines:
You must submit your story by noon on Monday, October 6th. The results will (hopefully) be published to The Golden Word by Tuesday, October 14th.
