Upcoming for the end of August is a week that has to be full of emotion, judgy blonds, and copyrighted yellow servants that commit various crimes and like bananas. Get your animal prints and funeral attire clean and pristine for this movie themed week!

At the end of August Cibola High is holding their first spirit week of the year. It will be from the 26th to the 30th of August. Get ready for this exciting cinema-themed week coming up. Let’s start!

For the first day of this week, it has been themed around the movie Inside Out. For this E-Motional Monday we will wear colors based on the grade you are in. Seniors will wear pink, Juniors will wear blue, Sophomores will wear purple, and Freshmen will wear yellow.

To start up the next day is Zootopia Tuesday. On this day you can wear animal prints or various animal related clothing items. Make sure to get your cat ears and zebra prints ready for the 27th.

On Wednesday we wear pink. Inspired by the hit movie Mean Girls, that just got a recent musical remake, we will follow Regina George and her rules. Make sure to wear pink or you won’t be able to sit with her.

Rising Thursday from the dead, we will be wearing funeral attire fit for the Addams family. For the 29th we will be wearing all black to celebrate this dark occasion.

To end this week with something despicable we will be celebrating the Minions. For Friday you can dress as a Minion, Gru or any other related character to the Minions series. Make sure to pack your overalls and moon stealing plans for this diabolical end of the week!

On that note remember to only wear your hair up once a week, watch out for buses and say fetch! (FETCH ISN’T A THING GRETCHEN!)
