To celebrate St Patrick’s Day, consider some of these fun activities:
Order a shamrock shake from McDonalds
Tell, appropriate, Irish jokes such as this one posted on the Today.com site, “Did you hear about leprechaun that couldn’t make a decision? He was stuck between a shamrock and a hard place.”
Eat some green eggs and ham for breakfast or eat some Lucky Charms if you have any
Watch some Irish movies
Visit nearby Irish landmarks
Go to a nearby green river (Chicago is one place you will find a green river on Sunday).
Learn a couple Irish dances
Listen to Irish music
Get gold coin chocolate, or get a pot of gold, rumored to be at the end of a rainbow
But most importantly, make a good attempt to capture a leprechaun
