The first quarter of Cibola’s new grading periods has come and gone, and the results are not good. There were reportedly around sixteen hundred F’s during this quarter and with a student population of around nineteen hundred students this equates to 1.18 F’s per student.
While this is alarming to many members of the faculty and parents, the administration has a plan to help relieve this situation, an amnesty day for students with F’s. On Monday the 6th at the encouragement of the administration all students will have an opportunity in all of their classes to make up assignments or talk to their teachers about missing assignments.
Get out there coogs and get those grades up!
