Parents wanting to speak with their student’s teacher can schedule a conference on Friday, October 20th. Students’ advisory or support teachers are sending out invitations to sign up for a time slot to meet and discuss progress and needs so far this semester.

There is no school on Friday to accommodate conferences. Classes this week will be Monday/Wednesday- A day, Tuesday/Thursday- B day.

How to get a hold of the advisory teacher:

*Look at the student’s schedule. Advisory/support teachers are listed as 10th period.*

*Call school at 505-897-0110 and dial the extension number of the teacher.*

To find extension numbers or email teachers, go to the Cibola site and click on Contact Us

After you click on ‘Contact Us’, scroll down to “Teachers and Staff”

Click on the + sign beside “Teachers”and locate the name, listed alphabetically.  The telephone extension will be listed, as well as an envelope icon that can be selected to send the teacher an email. 

Conferences are 20-30 minutes, in person, or via Google Meet or a phone call, and will cover general information about the student, grades, attendance, and specific grade-level information. Parents can also ask questions and address concerns.
